Art Paper Stickers

Label Storage & Application Requirements
Label Shelf Life Before Application
In sealed packaging: Temperature 23±2℃, Relative Humidity 50±5%.
Avoid direct sunlight; shelf life is 1 year.
Label Application Environment Requirements
Minimum application temperature: +10℃.
If stored in excessively low temperature, acclimate labels in the required application temperature environment for 1-2 days before use.
Ensure substrate surface cleanliness: Glass bottles must be thoroughly cleaned and dried. Residues, dust, or grease on glass surfaces will affect the adhesive strength.
Apply appropriate pressure: Self-adhesive labels use pressure-sensitive adhesive, so pressure is required to ensure tight bonding with the substrate surface. Please apply sufficient pressure during application.
Smooth the label evenly: When applying labels manually, smooth the label evenly from the center outward or from one side to the other to prevent bubbles and edge lifting.
Bonding check for transparent glass bottles: Inspect the adhesive side of the label through the glass bottle. If the adhesive is evenly spread between the label and the bottle with no bubbles or gaps, the bonding is good.
Label Shelf Life After Application
The adhesive will stabilize 24 hours after proper application. Under normal conditions, the label will remain permanently on the substrate (except for removable adhesive, or cases where the adhesive/face material is incompatible with the substrate).
